With over two decades of experience in senior-level placements, Joanne Cumper established our digital executive search company in 2021. Our network of advisors, technical assessors and clients continues to grow and in just three short years, we've attracted and placed candidates that share our vision, been shortlisted for The Digital Women Award and grown our team but most importantly, we've been part of making positive and lasting change in the organisations we work with.

Jo's journey spans global search firms to local government. After reading Economics at Sheffield, Joanne’s career in executive search began in the late 1990’s. Jo has worked through the Y2K impending doom; dot-com boom; e-commerce revolution; digital 4.0 economy and the current post pandemic digital / green recovery era.

Joanne has been an activist for diversity and inclusion for many years, speaking at events with the W7, Chatham House, 10 Digital Ladies, EY Women Fast Forward, as well as private corporate events on how to attract more diverse talent to your workforce. ​

In local government Joanne has an extensive track record delivering DDaT talent at CXO Level in London and across the UK and is recognised a great advocate for the work of all our local government colleagues.
